Popup Culturama
The Pop-Up Culturama enterprise is a new and unique idea to bring local and regional communities together. The Pop-Up Culturama intends to showcase Eastern Caribbean cultural arts in our ever growing diverse communities.
Our next Popup Culturama event will take place on Saturday, April 8th 2023, bringing a blaze of vibrant colour and sounds to Holmfirth, near Huddersfield, before going on tour then returning to Homfirth for our big finale again at Old Bridge, Holmfirth. The Culturama will feature Mass Bands, Steel Bands and Masquerades.
Each popup carnival will be a free of charge event for all. Everybody is welcome to watch or join in as the town is immersed in West Indian culture for the day, with dancing, dazzling costumes, Soca and Calypso, cultural drumming, Caribbean food and more.
If you are interested in taking part in the first popup carnival, please get in touch, we will try to accommodate you.
This is a free multicultural event in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
